International Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may incur local import taxes, tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT/GST), or customs clearance fees determined by the destination country. All import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.  

Order Processing & Custom Build Policy

Because every Freedom Forged PC is custom-built, stress-tested, and configured to order, orders cannot be canceled once component assembly or allocation has begun.  

7-Day Return Policy

•Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of physical delivery. To be eligible for a return, the system must be in its original condition with all included original packaging, accessories, and documentation.  

Return Shipping & Transit Protection

•Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and freight costs. Due to the delicate nature of high-end PC components: 

•We strongly recommend utilizing The UPS Store Pack & Ship Guarantee or equivalent professional carrier packaging to protect against transit damage.  

•All return shipments must be fully insured for the total purchase value.  

•Freedom Forged PCs is not liable for components damaged during return transit. Any system received with physical damage resulting from inadequate packaging or carrier mishandling will be subject to a repair assessment fee, or a claim must be filed directly with your shipping carrier.
